Although not technically a water bottle, I’ve included this as it’s a great alternative to a bottle and it works in a similar way. It’s also brilliant for children who find it difficult to relax and unwind at night as it’s not only warm, soft and snuggly, it’s also lavender scented too. All you need to do is pop into the microwave, the scent will be released and it stays warm for up to 2 hours.

Is it good to sleep with a hot water bottle?

The short answer is yes, it’s very good to sleep with a hot water bottle. They are snuggly warm and can also help you relax too. Just make sure you never use boiling hot water when filling the bottle. Boil a kettle and allow it to cool for a few minutes and then fill so you avoid scalding risks when filling it. Hot water from the tap can perish the rubber so boiled but slightly cooled water is best.
