As you may know if you read my blog, I value self-care and self-appreciation. Especially when our lives are so busy. We deserve to be able to treat ourselves which is why I was delighted to write a Prestige Hampers Review for the Hamper Royale.
Disclaimer: I was gifted a hamper in exchange for this review.
Prestige Hampers Review: Hamper Royale
Handmade Wicker Basket
This is the hamper that just keeps giving. First up it is beautifully presented in a handmade wicker hamper basket. The wicker basket alone makes a gorgeous gift and will be perfect for when we get our trailer tent to keep our cookery bits and pieces in and add some vintage style to our awning.
What’s inside the hamper?
Now the exciting bit, what’s inside!! I have to say I was really surprised and delighted. I’ve ordered hampers before from other places and they’ve always slightly disappointed me. However, not this beautiful hamper from Prestige Hampers. It was full of goodies for the whole family. Although I had already seen the list of what was included, I always find it difficult to judge when looking at hampers. Often the sizes are much smaller than anticipated. But not in this case! Inside the Hamper Royale we had:
- Waters Edge Sauvignon Blanc 75cl
- Waters Edge Shiraz 75cl
- Deli & Co Pork Liver Pate With Cognac 180g – Purple Label
- Simply Cornish Shortbread Chunky Chocolate and Clotted Cream 200g
- Whitakers Chocolate Violet Cremes 150g
- Silver & Green Chilli Pepper Olives 220g
- Yorkshire Crisps Natural Sea Salt 2 x 50g
- Yorkshire Popcorn Salt & Sweet Popcorn 40g
- Buttermilk Strawberry Bellini Fudge 100g
- Perthshire Cracked Black Pepper Oatcakes 150g x 2
- Abbey Biscuits – Chocolate Brownie Biscuits 150g
- New English Teas “Pure Camomile” 10’s
- Bon Bons Gourmet Chocolate Raspberry Pavlova 50g
- Caramel Surpise Milk Chocolate lollypop 50g
- Mrs Bridge’s Ploughmans Chutney 100g
- Mrs Bridges Strawberry Preserve 113g
- Bon Bons Giant Strawberries 174g
- Mini Square Cherry and Almond Topped Fruit Cake
Although not an exact match to the description on Presitge Hampers website, the replacements were pretty close, if not better, and I was certainly happy with the surprises we found in the hamper.
When to buy?
Autumn Treat
This was the perfect autumn treat. I enjoyed the wine and nibbles on a warm Sunday afternoon on my patio. Autumn was in the air and it was the perfect reward for what had been a busy week.
The Perfect Gift
If you want to spil someone you love or make an impression then this hamper is a must.
Ideal for Christmas
I’ve already squirrelled away some of the treats in this hamper for Christmas. However, I will definitely be checking out their Christmas Hampers. They make amazing gifts, especially with the restrictions we’ve seen this year with lockdown. It’s the perfect way of spreading some Christmas joy when you may not be able to actually visit all your friends and family.
Glamping up your camping
We are on the hunt for a trailer tent for our family adventures. Family Travel has changed dramatically this year with our Florida holiday being cancelled. We have always loved our camping adventures though so we are looking to make it a little bit more comfortable by investing in a trailer tent.
Although I love camping, I will miss the luxury of our hotel trips so I will be looking at ways to glamp up our camping holidays. What better way then treating you and your family to a gorgeous hamper full of treats!
